    Street-Spotted is a college fashion blog managed by Caroline Tseng, a graduate from NYU with a love and appreciation for the style of college students in New York City. Fashionable students are 'spotted' and photographed on the street, then featured in posts. Peggy Nelling works as a photographer, spotting students from the New School, New York University, the Fashion Institute of Technology, and Columbia University.
